Return and Refund Policy
All our products carry two year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty policy does not cover incidental damage caused by the user such as tears or rips in fabric, wires or cables that are cut, damaged, chewed etc. In many cases, however, damage of this type can be repaired for a nominal fee.
If you order an item and you are not satisfied with the product, please let us know immediately. We will make arrangements for you to return the item and issue a refund. A full refund (less shipping charges) will be given if the unit is returned in exactly the same condition that it was shipped out in – which means the flimsy screen protector must not be removed.
Our standard is to ship an order within one business day of receipt using USPS. If an item is backordered or there will be some other delay, we will inform you of this. If such a delay is unacceptable to you, the order can be cancelled and a full refund will be given.
Sport aviation activities carry significant risks. The buyer must determine the suitability of any Flymaster product for his/her use in sport aviation activities. As a condition of purchase for Flymaster products, the buyer assumes all risks.
